The BLACKBURN TENNIS CENTER is now under the management of the Universal Tennis Academy (UTA) and PATTI O'REILLY is the head pro.
---UTA repainted our courts (13-18) in the approved USTA Blue color, and painted the remaining 12 courts in 2013----we have been advised that Georgia State University will be playing its home matches at Blackburn when the season starts in 2013, as a result of this GSU has donated approximately a dozen new benches for all users to enjoy.

On 10/20/2015 we lost one our our oldest and most cherished leaders. TED GREGORY was acknowledged as our unofficial leader since the group's arrival at the Blackburn courts in the spring of 1990.
Ted had just celebrated his 90th birthday one week before his passing.
